●Working with Agile methodologies and hands on bug tracking tools like Jira and Service
Now and deployment tools like Gearset.
●Interacting with business to gather requirements for developing applications in salesforce
and coordinating Onsite Business team and transferring the same to offshore team.
●Configuring and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
●Working with CRM processes like Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Customer
Support, Business Processes and recommended solutions to improve their processes
using SFDC configuration.
●Developing Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch classes, Schedule classes to perform
complex business process.
●Designing and building data modeling for new and existing applications using Standard
and custom objects.
●Working on various Salesforce.com standard objects like Accounts, Contacts,
Opportunities, Cases, Leads, Reports and Dashboards
●Building Continuous Integration between salesforce and other external systems like Rest
and SOAP API.
●Managing production applications and fix critical issues in timely manner.
●Working with Data Loader for bulk data load process and Workflow rules/Process
●Providing reports and dashboards for business to review the statistics of the Sales and
Service offered by the product team.
●Working on corrupted data by using data loader and workbench or executing anonymous
block in salesforce developer console
●Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology,
Software Engineering or a similar related field of study. Master’s degree in any of these
fields is a plus.
● Minimum 2-4 years of related experience.
●Detail orientated with excellent time management skills.
●Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
